Mr. Debobrota Kumar Sarker achieved over 24 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, financial modeling and analysis, financial restructuring, project finance advisory, private public partnership(PPP) advisory, Pre-IPO advisory, Investment advisory, Debobrota has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand entrepreneurs’ businesses and craft the most suitable solutions.

Mr. Sarker holds several prestigious certifications, including the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®), Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA®), and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA®) certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, he has earned an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialization from CFI. Mr. Sarker also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Ms. Shompa Rani Shaha is the Director, Research & Analysis of SouthAsia Research & Corporate Advisory Ltd. She brings vast corporate banking experience in Bangladesh with specialist experience in various sectors. Her excellent knowledge and experience of banking and research sector is playing a great role in contributing the clients of SRCA.

Ms. Shaha is an accomplished professional with a strong portfolio of internationally recognized certifications, including the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®), Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA®), and Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA®) designations, all conferred by the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), Vancouver, Canada.

In addition to her certifications, Ms. Shaha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance and a Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature, both from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Angel brings over 8 years corporate banking experience in Bangladesh with specialist experience in the garments, textiles, leather and tannery and agro industry to SouthAsia Research and Corporate Advisory Ltd. Angel’s role is to focus on developing SRCA's client base in Bangladesh in her sectors of expertise.
