Mr. Deepongkor Saha has been working with SouthAsia Research & Corporate Advisory Ltd as Technical Research Associate since 2022. He has a good academic record in Engineering. He completed MS in Renewable Energy Technology from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology, Khulna, Bangladesh.

At SRCA, he is involved in supervising the development and implementation of project plans and activities, especially on renewable energy and solar energy, including preparation of work plans and required reports. He is highly skilled in developing ideas and concepts for renewable energy and solar energy projects in line with program objectives, outputs and indicators Mr. Deepongkor is also an expert in completing the civil and local works required for solar project executions.

He is expert in designing and implementing electrical systems: develop, design, and oversee the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, power distribution, and circuit design in commercial and industrial buildings. He can efficiently maintain electrical systems to ensure their proper functioning and diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime. He can also ensure all electrical work complies with national and international safety standards, including the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and other relevant regulations. He has vast experience in managing electrical projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of on-site electricians and technicians. He works closely with clients when required to understand their electrical needs and provide technical advice on system design and implementation.

He can identify and implement energy-saving measures to reduce electricity consumption and costs in company operations and client projects. Safety audits and risk assessments of electrical installations and ensure the implementation of necessary safety protocols are also a part of his expertise. He can prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation for all electrical projects and maintenance activities.
