Mr. Saurav Sarker is the Technical Assistant-Mechanical of SouthAsia Research & Corporate Advisory Ltd since 2020. He has proven leadership and execution skills with the ability to manage teams and oversee complex mechanical operations in any type of projects. He is skilled in planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing all mechanical maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled, for various types of projects. He has practical experience in observation, study, and draft reports on issues such as performance loss, breakdowns, quality faults, or inefficiencies in specific machines, equipment, or processes in various sectors.

He is also experienced in identifying root causes of mechanical issues and propose alternative solutions, ensuring effective troubleshooting within machinery and processes. He can oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of all mechanical systems. He also maintains all machinery to ensure it meets industry-standard working conditions. He is effective in conducting inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve mechanical problems, ensuring continuous production. He is experienced in document and prepare progress reports and maintenance logs, specifically tailored to the needs of different sectors. He has vast experience in managing and maintaining all aspects of mechanical work in the projects to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production.
