Job Description / Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client base
- Processing customer requirements accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met
- Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image
- Provide detailed information for all kinds of services provided by the company
- Maintaining high standards in servicing customers
- Maintaining strong professionalism while communication
- Other responsibilities as per requirement

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- A Level
- Diploma in Business Studies
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Group of Companies, Call Center, Research Organization, Financial Consultants, Venture Capital Firm - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Must have good communication skills in both Bengali & English
- Must have good knowledge of the internet & Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Must know English and Bangla typing
- Should be talkative, energetic, sincere & have a good sense of humor
- Be professional, and courteous, and know proper phone etiquette
- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people & can handle customer queries
