He achieved his B.Sc Engineering in Textile from Bangladesh Textile University in 1987. He first worked for Adamjee Jute Mills Corporation as an Assistant Manager. Then he worked for Kamal Textile. The company was owned by AHM Mostafa Kamal (Lotus Kamal) who is currently the finance minister of Bangladesh. Kamal textile had spinning mills, knitting, knit dyeing, washing etc. he worked tow (02) years in spinning mills for learning yarn production. Then he shifted to dyeing lab and leant about colour combination. After a couple of years, he shifted to dyeing production unit. He worked heart and soul and became successful as a dyeing master. Then he was promoted as Dyeing AGM and worked five (05) years in the postion. He then worked five (05) years for Uttara Knitting and Dyeing Mills Ltd as a General Manager (GM) which is a sister concern of Uttara Motors.

He also worked for Noman Group as an Executive Director (ED) including 7.00% profit share. He served for nine (09) years in the company. Then he decided to start working with small orders and founded a sole proprietorship firm named Knit Garden. He created a skilled team consisting of four (04) people and started operations with a small office in a small unit of his building. The team performed smoothly. He was also associated with Taipeibangla Fabrics Ltd as an Executive Director (ED). He has been associated since 2015. In 2023, he decided to expand his business alongside service. Thus Knit Garden was converted to a Private Limited Company named Premier Knit Garden Ltd. His employment history include:
