Deepongkor Saha has been serving as a Technical Research Associate at SouthAsia Research & Corporate Advisory Ltd  since 2022. He brings a strong academic and technical foundation in engineering, supported by an MSc in Renewable Energy Technology from the University of Dhaka and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET).

At SRCA, Mr. Saha is actively involved in the planning, supervision, and implementation of renewable and solar energy projects, including the preparation of detailed work plans, technical documentation, and progress reports. He plays a key role in developing project concepts aligned with defined program objectives, outputs, and performance indicators, ensuring technical feasibility and execution readiness. He also brings hands-on expertise in managing civil and local works required for solar project execution.

Mr. Saha possesses strong capabilities in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial and industrial applications. His expertise includes electrical system design, wiring, power distribution, circuit design, and on-site supervision. He is experienced in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues efficiently to minimize operational downtime and ensure system reliability.

Compliance and safety are integral to his professional practice. Mr. Saha ensures that all electrical works adhere to national and international safety standards, including the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and other applicable regulatory requirements. He has extensive experience in electrical project management, covering budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and supervision of technicians and contractors from project inception through completion.

In addition, Mr. Saha specializes in energy efficiency and optimization, identifying and implementing energy-saving measures to reduce electricity consumption and operational costs for both internal operations and client projects. His expertise also includes conducting safety audits and risk assessments, developing mitigation measures, and enforcing appropriate safety protocols.

He prepares comprehensive technical reports, drawings, and project documentation, and works closely with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide informed advisory support on system design, implementation, and long-term performance. Through his disciplined engineering approach and renewable energy specialization, Mr. Deepongkor Saha contributes significantly to SRCA’s delivery of technically sound, compliant, and sustainable energy solutions.
