In addition, she is experienced in grievance handling, employee mentoring, and motivation, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Her administrative responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational challenges, and preparing management reports through data analysis and structured reporting.

Ms. Mou began her professional career as a Junior Admin Executive at a reputed buying house in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and later joined SouthAsia Research & Corporate Advisory Ltd as an Admin Executive. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management. Fluent in English and Hindi, she contributes effectively to organizational coordination, employee engagement, and professional administration aligned with corporate best practices.
